Tillskärarakademin in Gothenburg, in collaboration with Textile Movement, has launched 3D LAB – an initiative providing entrepreneurs and alumni within fashion and textiles with free access to CLO 3D. This program revolutionizes design and pattern construction by enabling realistic 3D visualizations and rapid prototype development. It leads to more efficient workflows, reduced material waste, and fewer physical samples – aligning with the industry's sustainability goals.
Within 3D LAB, participants work with CLO 3D and Adobe programs, supported by Tillskärarakademin's experts. Additionally, workshops and courses are offered to companies looking to explore digital design and contribute to a more circular textile industry.
3D LAB is part of Textile Movement, where Tillskärarakademin, together with other stakeholders, supports small and medium-sized enterprises in the transition towards sustainable and innovative fashion production.
