Ögat is a culture organization situated in Gamlestaden Gothenburg, founded by and operated by local artists and musicians. I highly recommend visiting this unlikely venue well hidden in the basement of Medborgarhuset. This non-profit culture hub arranges public cultural events such as concerts, reoccuring ceramic workshops, live croqui classes, film screenings, assisted garment mending, seminars etc. Ögat also offers a well equipped music recording studio available to local musicians.
